Quickstart
This guide takes you from signed-out visitor to a running pipeline in about 10 minutes. All steps happen inside the product — no CLI required.
1. Get your account
ContentBrain is in a closed alpha: public sign-up is off and accounts are created by the operator. Once yours exists you'll receive an email — set your password from it, then sign in. Verifying your email unlocks billing receipts and password resets.
2. Create a workspace
After your first sign-in you'll land on Workspace. A workspace owns your brand identity, content drafts, and OAuth tokens. Pick a kebab-case slug — it appears in URLs and the workspace switcher in the top app bar.
3. Define your brand
Continue to Website scan. Give us your URL and we pre-fill identity, voice tone, audience and brand pillars from it — confirm or correct them in the Brand Mirror step that follows. The pipeline anchors every piece of content on these inputs. You can revisit and refine this at /brand at any time.
4. Connect a channel (optional)
From Integrations, connect a social platform via OAuth. Without any connected channel you can still generate drafts; publishing requires at least one connection.
5. Trigger a pipeline run
Open Pipeline and hit New run. Pick a content type, write a topic, confirm pillars and audience. The run page streams events live (audit, plan, generate, verify) over SSE; once done the resulting item lands in the kanban.
6. Review and publish
Drafts move through in review → approved → published. Use the per-card actions menu to advance or send back. Items flagged requires_human_review need a manual approve/reject.
