Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of ContentBrain (the "Service"). Effective: 2026-05-20.

Account

You must be at least 18 and have authority to bind the legal entity you represent. Account credentials are your responsibility; notify us immediately of unauthorised use.

Acceptable use

• No content that violates law, intellectual property, or platform policies.
• No attempts to extract another workspace's data; tenant isolation is enforced at three layers (Postgres RLS, Qdrant payload filter, FalkorDB per-tenant graph).
• No exfiltration of system prompts, secrets, or model routing configuration.

AI output

Generated content is delivered as-is. You are responsible for review before publication; the verify step (SEO ≥ 80 + GEO ≥ 70) is a quality gate, not a legal warranty.

Billing

Subscription tiers (Starter / Pro / Enterprise) are billed monthly via Stripe. The budget cap per workspace defaults to €100/month for Starter; tier upgrades adjust this automatically via the Stripe webhook handler.

Termination

You may cancel at any time from /settings/billing. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or the OWASP LLM Top-10 2025 misuse categories.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is". Aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
